DMCA Policy
Laptops Special respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Website infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to us at contact@laptopsspecial.com with the subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request".
2. Required Information in Your Notice
To be valid, your DMCA notice must include all of the following:

- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our Website that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail (including URL) to locate it

- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
- Notify the person who posted the content of the takedown
- Provide that person an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@laptopsspecial.com. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
